Soy bioquímica​​​, y aunque la ciencia me encanta, la cocina me apasiona. He vivido en distintas partes del mundo y visitado muchas más gracias a mis estudios, siempre probando nuevos sabores, buscando nuevas ideas y metiéndome en cada cafetería, pastelería y tienda de cosas dulces que encuentro.

I am a biochemist, and eventhough I love science, I am passionate about cooking. I have lived in many parts of the world and I have visited many more thanks to my studies, always trying new flavors, looking for new ideas and getting into every cafeteria, bakery and sweet shop that I find.
